Stibbard Tai Chi Course - Golden Rooster School in partnership with North Norfolk District Council.

Thanks to a partnership with North Norfolk District Council,and the efforts of their community and well being mobile gym, we are able to offer a 10 week introductory Tai Chi course. 
The Stibbard Tai Chi Course is a mixed Tai Chi and Qigong class, with no experience needed. 
The classes now take place in the village hall which is pleasant and easy to find, on the corner of The Street and Melton Road, in Hindolveston.
 The aim of this friendly, enjoyable class is a mixture of relaxation and increasing awareness of posture and control, while helping to maintain or improve  balance, stamina, flexibility and stability.
We encourage our students to do as much as they feel able to, without pushing their comfort zone too far. In this way we achieve safe practice and steady progress.

This course is now completed, but you may join the Hindolveston village hall class ( 4 miles from Stibbard) at 2.0pm Tuesdays.
