Relax, improve fitness, have fun.
Learn the Basics of Tai Chi and Qigong
This is a mixed Tai Chi and Qigong classes, with no experience needed.
The aim of this friendly class is a mixture of relaxation and increasing awareness of posture and control.
People who attend regularly find the class enjoyable, interesting, relaxing, and increase stamina, flexibility and stability.
We encourage our students to do as much as they feel able to, without pushing their comfort zone too far. In this way we achieve safe practice and steady progress.
